1. Billing
Fees may be structured as fixed project fees, milestones, monthly retainers, or one-time purchases. We typically invoice according to the schedule in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due by the due date shown on the invoice.
Late payment may result in suspension of work or access until the account is brought current, and we may charge late fees or interest if your contract allows.
2. Subscriptions & recurring services
If you purchase a subscription or recurring service, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file at each billing interval until you cancel in accordance with the product terms or your contract.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement or checkout, payments are non-refundable once services have commenced or deliverables have been provided. Deposits and upfront fees often cover reserved capacity and planning; refund eligibility for those amounts is as stated in your contract.
In exceptional circumstances, we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Any refund request should be sent to contact@lahyal.com with relevant details.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription or recurring engagement as described in your contract or product terms. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. You remain responsible for fees incurred before cancellation.
For fixed-scope projects, termination and any fees owed on termination are governed by your statement of work or master agreement.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review. Good-faith disputes do not waive your obligation to pay undisputed amounts on time.
