1. Services
Lahyal provides professional digital services, which may include custom software and mobile applications, websites and SaaS products, automation and integrations, growth and advertising support, and social media or content operations as described in your agreement or statement of work.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any offering or feature to improve quality, security, or compliance. Unless your separate contract says otherwise, we reserve the right to change how services are delivered with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Engagements & accounts
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are typically set out in a proposal, statement of work, or order form. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the project-specific document usually prevails for that engagement.
You may need an account to access certain tools or deliverables. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@lahyal.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Payments & invoicing
Fees may be charged through invoices (e.g. bank transfer or methods stated on the invoice) and/or through third-party payment processors such as Stripe for cards or subscriptions. You agree to pay amounts when due according to the invoice, checkout page, or contract.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility unless we say otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, other clients’ data, or third-party platforms we manage on your behalf
- Resell, white-label, or commercially exploit our deliverables or access without written permission
- Upload or request content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
5. Intellectual property
Our website content, branding, templates, pre-existing tools, and proprietary methods remain owned by Lahyal unless a written agreement assigns specific deliverables to you. Rights to custom work product are as stated in your contract (for example, assignment upon full payment).
You grant us a limited license to use materials you provide (logos, copy, credentials, ad accounts) solely to perform the services.
6. Client materials & third-party platforms
For services such as social media or advertising, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for compliance with platform rules (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Access you grant us to accounts is at your risk; we use reasonable care but are not liable for actions or outages of third-party platforms.
7. Service availability
We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of our site, hosted applications, or third-party dependencies. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lahyal and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from these Terms or the services.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months before the claim, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in your contract. We may suspend or terminate access to our site or services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay when due, or if continued service would create legal or security risk.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance, except where your signed contract requires different notice.
